These mugs are made of brilliant white ceramic which is dishwasher and microwave safe.

 

 

Your mugs will be wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap inside a sturdy smash-proof box.

 

 

 

It takes between 3-7 days to make. 

 

 

There is an option to add faster shipping. This is shipping time & does not change my processing time. (the time it takes me to make your order.)

 

 

 

I cannot guarantee a specific shipping date or time frame due to USPS being backed up.

Refund policy

 

Refunds:

 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error.

 

 

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-9 business days. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, or on Holiday's unless stated otherwise in our sale. 

 

 

 

Shipping and Store Pickups

 

We use USPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors. We cannot control if USPS scans your items at receipt, it has been an issue we have had with USPS for years. Once we create the shipping label you will receive an email, and your package will be taken to USPS within 24-48 hours. Please track your item from this email, prior to reaching out to inquire about your items.
