Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-9 business days. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, or on Holiday's unless stated otherwise in our sale. 

Make sure you read each description of items as some take more time then others to make. 

 

Shipping and Store Pickups

We use USPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors. We cannot control if USPS scans your items at receipt, it has been an issue we have had with USPS for years. Once we create the shipping label you will receive an email, and your package will be taken to USPS within 24-48 hours. Please track your item from this email, prior to reaching out to inquire about your items.
